1. Digital Services

Due to the immediate, digital nature of our services (including Kundli generation, Maha Guru consultations, and personalized insights), all sales are final once the service has been rendered or the digital content has been accessed.

2. Exceptions

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in the event of:

• Duplicate charges due to technical errors on our platform.
• Failure of the service to deliver the promised digital product (e.g., an error preventing the generation of your Kundli after payment).

3. Requesting a Refund
