Welcome to Astronath. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Astronath mobile application ("App"), website, and associated services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by CybroXide Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services independently. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services with the verifiable consent and direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Astrological Services and Disclaimer

The astrological insights, Kundli generation, and related content provided by Astronath are based on traditional Vedic astrology and mathematical calculations.

  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or predictive reliability of any astrological readings.
  • Entertainment Purposes Only: The insights are intended for spiritual, educational, and entertainment purposes. They should not substitute professional financial, medical, legal, or psychological advice.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You may request the deletion of your account at any time via the "User Data & Privacy" section of the App, which will trigger our 72-hour data erasure process in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. E-Commerce and Purchases

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to accurately display the products (e.g., gemstones, books). However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or images are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free.
  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
  • Payments: All payments are processed securely. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, algorithms, and software code within the Services are the exclusive property of CybroXide Technologies Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features.
  • Upload malicious code or engage in scraping, data mining, or automated data extraction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian Law, CybroXide Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Services, or any reliance placed on the astrological insights provided.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Haryana, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via the App or website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
